Please have your fare ready, the drivers do not make change

Children 12 years of age and younger should be accompanied by someone 13 years of age or over

No eating or smoking is allowed. Beverages are allowed in spill proof containers such as sports bottles. No alcohol is permitted.

No loud music. If you want to listen to music you must have headphones

Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times

No offensive language

Violent, threatening, abusive or nuisance behavior to the driver or other passengers will not be tolerated

Vandalism is not allowed

Do not extend any part of the body or possessions outside the vehicle

Do not throw any items from any vehicle


LOST AND FOUND:

Please contact customer service if you have lost an item while on board the bus. If you have found an item, please give it to the driver.


HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:

IVT does not operate on the following holidays:  Martin Luther King’s birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day or New Years Day.


BICYCLES ON BOARD:

IVT can carry two bicycles on the outside racks on the front of the buses. This space is on a first come first served basis for no additional charge. Call customer service for space availibility.


SERVICE ANIMALS:

Service animals are welcome on buses. Other animals are not allowed.
